Here you will find the bedroom with adjoining dressing room, the stylish shower room with glass partition, Rainshower and custom-made furnishings and an additional room furnished with a sofa, working area, desk and shelves. This room can also be used as a guest room.

Marl lies at the northern edge of the Ruhr Valley. The town is culturally significant, with the Philharmonica Hungarica symphony orchestra and the Adolf-Grimme-Institute, which awards Germany’s most important television awards, being nationally – perhaps even internationally – renowned.
However, Marl is characterised by the presence of the industrial chemistry and plastics processing industries. But it also enjoys plenty of green space, with around 40% of the municipal area being used for agriculture. An additional 30% of woodland and greenery are part of the Hohe Mark nature park.
