This stylish and cosy attic storey apartment is located in a multi-family building, has its own room in the cellar and comes with use of the garden. It is situated in a quiet location with a view of greenery, and is arranged as follows: Generously proportioned, bright living/dining area with open kitchen, bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe, entrance hall and modern shower room. Wickede is situated on Dortmund's eastern boundary, bordering Unna's Holzwickede district, and is meanwhile also known as the home of Dortmund airport. The road Wickeder Hellweg offers excellent shopping. Wickede comprises detached houses on the one hand, with larger scale developments of apartments to rent on the other. An industrial estate borders to the east. The B1 main road and A44 motorway are both about two kilometres away. The rail stations Dortmund-Wickede and Wickede West are served by the S4 local rail line, from which you can change to the fast link to Unna or Dortmund city centre. The underground rail route U43 calls at five stations in Dortmund's Wickede district. From the terminus, you can switch to local rail.
