Basement apartment with separate entrance in a quiet residential area. In 5 minutes you can reach a LIDL supermarket, an ALDI and an EDEKA in Nievenheim are only 4.5 kilometers away. In Nievenheim you have the S-Bahn station with the line S11. The center of Dormagen is 7 kilometers away. A bus stop with lines 875 / 880 and 886 is 3 minutes away. The nearby A57 and the B9 offer the best connection to Cologne and Düsseldorf.

It is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment offers a neat, practical equipment, ideal for the weekend home. The living room is equipped with a kitchenette including 2 hotplates, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A basic set of dishes is also available. A dining table, cable TV (a new LCD TV will be installed soon), a relax armchair, a single bed and a closet complete the furnishing. The separate daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower. An internet access will be installed by the landlord if needed and will be charged extra. The rent is 650 € including all utilities, a weekly cleaning service, towel change and the 14-day bed linen change. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the landlord, is done at cost and is charged at 25 € per hour.
