Building plots 1 - 3 will be developed with single-family houses; alternatively, two residential units (multi-generation house) or a single-family house with a granny apartment are also permitted. Building plots 4 and 5 can be developed together with a single-family house or a semi-detached house. Alternatively, two residential units per semi-detached house are permitted here (one semi-detached house max. 4 residential units).

The development of the building plots via a private road is currently being planned. The private road will be constructed with post-top luminaires from BEGA according to the lighting design. According to the current state of planning, we expect construction of the road to progress by the end of the year, so that purchasers can start building their property from this date.

In addition to the purchase price, there are no additional development costs. The ancillary building costs, such as surveying costs, individual house connection, outdoor facilities, notary and court costs, official fees are not included in the listed purchase price.

We recommend that you and your architect/house builder consult the development plan and its stipulations before planning your house. The development plan can be made available for inspection by us.
Menden (Sauerland) is a medium-sized district town in North Rhine-Westphalia.
It is located in the north of the Sauerland region and belongs to the Märkischer Kreis district. The district of Halingen lies to the north-west of the Menden urban area, on the border with the town of Iserlohn to the south-west and the town of Unna to the north.
