The other residents of this detached house in a good and quiet location are trainees and students.
The room on offer here is located in a detached house in a quiet area of Neumünster. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have underfloor heating and electric external shutters. On the first floor, in addition to the aforementioned rooms, there is a small kitchen with a fitted kitchen and a communal room of around 20m2 from which you can reach the communal terrace.
On the top floor there are 3 further bedrooms (with electric external shutters) as well as the bathroom with window and bathtub and a small cleaning room. The rooms are furnished with a bed, a closet and a desk and chair.
Your bicycle can be stored in the carport. If you have a car, you can easily find a parking space here in the public traffic area.

The shared flat is particularly suitable for students and trainees.
A washing machine is not available, but there is a laundry center in the city center.
