The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-family house. It is offered as a non-smoking apartment and offers a nice temporary home for one to two people on approx. 67m² living space with three rooms. The Wattenscheid regional train station is located nearby (9 minutes' walk), from where you can reach Bochum city center and the surrounding cities of Essen, Gelsenkirchen and Dortmund in a short journey time. The journey time to Bochum's Ruhr University is only approx. 15 minutes. The Essen-Ost highway junction (A40/A52) can be reached by car in approx. 7 minutes.
The rent already includes the operating and heating costs for one person, electricity is payable in addition and is billed according to consumption. For use by two people, the rent increases by € 100. A cleaning service is available on request.

Wattenscheid is located around six kilometers west of Bochum city center and can actually be described as a small town in its own right. The pedestrian zone around the Alter Markt offers good shopping opportunities. The residential and mixed-use areas around it are of a more modest nature.
