Built around 1900, the farmhouse with attached outbuildings was modernized in the mid to late 1990s.
Among other things, the roof covering was renewed and a roof underlayment was installed in the attic. Furthermore, all windows were replaced with plastic windows with shutters, as was the front door. Two bathrooms were installed, one with a shower and one with a bath.
