We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Spacious living and dining area with open access doorway and working area. The bedroom is furnished with a bed (1.4m x 2m), wardrobe and chest of drawers. The apartment also features a bathroom with window, heated towel rail, shower, washbasin and linen cupboard. Directly next to the apartment is an additional storage room, which houses the washing machine and clothes drying rack, as well as offering space for suitcases and bags etc.

Altenbochum lies approx two kilometres south-east of Bochum’s city centre, and is a very densely built residential and mixed use area, but which is nevertheless one of the most popular in Bochum. The popular areas of detached houses are to be found in the north and west of Altenbochum. It enjoys excellent transport connections, as access to the eastern ring road (Sheffield-Ring) and bus and rail services can all be found nearby. The main railway station, with connections to Gelsenkirchen, Dortmund and surrounding towns and cities, is approximately 5 minutes away.
