To the north-west of Grimma's old town, between Brauereiweg and Rappenbergring, an attractive and above all green residential area is currently being built. Over a quarter of the area will be left in its natural state. The building plots are positioned around the valuable green areas so that trees, habitats and breeding trees are preserved.
A total of 52 home building plots of between 465 m² and 1,650 m² will be created with a plot price of between EUR 140/m² and EUR 190/m².
The building plots are developer-free and fully developed and surveyed.
