About this dream house

So close to the coast with only 300 m to the quiet beach (April to October you can set up your beach chair there, store your boat, ...) there are very rarely modern, energy-saving and detached houses that can be used as a permanent residence or vacation home (for your own use or for rent) and at the same time offer a pleasantly quiet environment.

Location description

The house is located in the attractive and quiet Langholz (Seeblick 12), a former fishing village of the Schwansen peninsula - directly on the Baltic Sea in the mouth and northern shore of the Eckernförde Bay. To Eckernförde about 15 min. drive, to Kappeln slightly more. Langholz is the ideal place to live and vacation for those who need rest and relaxation, but also for families who want to live in short distance to the cities of Eckernförde, Kappeln, Schleswig, Damp, ... and at the same time want space, peace, beach and sun. In terms of infrastructure, there are restaurants within walking distance (Italian, cafe, mini-supermarket ... each about 300 meters), a bakery, an Edeka market (about 2000 m), etc.
