We are selling our lovingly maintained house as we are moving our main focus of life abroad.
The house has been used by us for many years as our sole vacation home, but has also been rented out as a vacation property in recent years. The furnishings are of a correspondingly high quality (Rolf Benz, Nolte, Team7).
The house is accessible via a one-way street. The terrace (approx. 18 m²) with garden on the south side is absolutely quiet and offers a lot of privacy. Here you can enjoy the sun from midday until sunset.
Built in 2008, the total living space is approx. 100 m². Underfloor heating is installed on the first floor and the 1st floor bathroom. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway area. A wallbox is available. At the back of the garden there is a shed with approx. 12 m² of usable space.
The house is absolutely smoke and pet free!
The first floor has a large living/dining area, a separate entrance area, a bathroom/WC with shower and the utility room. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/WC with bathtub. The top floor is converted with a sauna and relaxation area. The floor area of the half of the house is 5.00 x 10.00 meters.
Further equipment includes satellite TV, wallbox (Tesla), Weber gas grill, Telekom fiber optic connection (landline/WLAN/wifi), Internet radio, washing machine, dishwasher, parasol, flexible wind protection wall on the terrace.
The heating was completely renewed at the beginning of 2024 (€ 2,500) and has an app control. This makes it possible to reliably control everything remotely.
The ancillary costs are comparatively moderate despite year-round use. We consume approx. 700m³ of gas and 1,800kwh of electricity per year. An energy certificate is currently being prepared.
The intention is to sell the property including the furnishings (except for a few personal items).
The location of the house can be described as very quiet. Wieck is one of the most tranquil places on the Darss - even in the high season.
The Bodden is only a few minutes' walk away. Whether you want to go on a bike tour, swim at the local Bodden beach or simply relax and unwind. You've come to the right place! From April to October there is a very nice organic market in the village, which takes place every Wednesday and Saturday. Here you can buy fresh organic fruit, milk, cheese specialties, meat, sausage and much more. A bakery in the village offers fresh bread rolls, bread and more seven days a week. The nearest supermarket can be found by bike or car in the neighboring village of Born (Edeka & Aldi - next to each other), where there is also a petrol station and a Stolz department store.
The closest beach to the Baltic Sea is in Prerow (approx. 5 minutes by car).
