Our senior living service is located in the beautiful Hochland, An der Prießnitzaue in Dresden-Weißig.
We currently have a few apartments in various sizes, between 25 and 30 square meters, for rent. We have attached some examples with pictures. Each apartment has a kitchenette and a barrier-free shower room.
Thanks to the in-house nursing service, care services can be provided in the comfort of your own apartment. It is ensured that appropriate nursing and care staff are present. The safety of our residents is also guaranteed around the clock by the home emergency call devices.
The care and housekeeping staff can relieve the residents and support them in their everyday lives.
Individual services can be put together for this purpose, which can be adapted to the needs of the individual as required.
Our meals (breakfast, lunch, coffee + cake and dinner) are served communally in the large lounge. The menu changes weekly and is also changed seasonally.
The rooms can also be used for private celebrations such as birthdays or similar.
Our day care service, which is also located in the building, rounds off our all-round carefree package.

The apartments can be individually furnished with your favorite furniture, or you can get a tastefully furnished apartment. Here you can decide for yourself.
The property is located in a quiet corner of Weißig, on the Prießnitz, a tributary of the Elbe, which is ideal for short walks. There is a bus stop directly opposite the facility that provides a quick connection to the city center.
There is a large Kaufland shopping center within walking distance, and doctors, hairdressers, pharmacies and bakeries are also just around the corner. The hospital is also within easy reach.
