The centre of Herne can be reached in around seven minutes. The underground rail station Hölkeskampring is around twelve minutes’ walk away. From here, the U35 provides a direct link to Bochum’s main rail station and the Ruhr University Bochum. A cleaning service and change of bedlinen/towels can be arranged. The rent already includes service charges and heating costs for one person. The tenant must pay for electricity separately. If occupied by two people, the rent increases by €100.
    We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. Fully fitted and furnished. Internet access available.
