    Away from the hustle and bustle and yet only a few minutes' drive from the center of Hengersberg or the district town of Deggendorf, this location speaks for itself - ideal for families with children.

    Shopping facilities, bus stop, schools, kindergarten, doctors, cafes, various leisure facilities and public amenities are all within easy reach.

    Just outside Deggendorf, the market town of Hengersberg has become a thriving community. There are around 5,000 jobs in the market today - a considerable number with a population of just under 7,500.
    There has been a real building boom in Hengersberg, both in the commercial and residential sectors. A whopping 350 plots have been offered for sale in the recent past and are almost completely sold.
    Hengersberg is located directly on the A3 and has its own junction. This means that important economic centers can be reached quickly, and Munich Airport is also within an attractive 50-minute drive.
