Central location in Gelsenkirchen: The city centre is around five minutes’ walk away, with the main rail station around 10 minutes’ walk away. The magnificent views span the eastern and northern Ruhr district, including greenery on the former spoil heaps, some distant landmarks, as well as the parkland plus industrial and residential landscapes of Bochum, Recklinghausen, Gelsenkirchen and parts of Essen.
Walking distance to the tram stop (route 107, which also takes you to Essen) and the Musiktheater, with its opera and ballet. Short drive to the A42 and A2 motorways. The A52, with its link to the Marl chemical park, is around 12km away.
