The bus stop of the line 378 is in about 8 minutes walking distance, there is a connection to the Ruhr-University Bochum and to the train station Castrop-Rauxel Merklinde (RB 43). Furthermore, there is a bus connection with line 480 to Castrop-Rauxel main station.
    The rent already includes the operating and heating costs and the staircase cleaning, the electricity costs are to be paid additionally.
