    "If you're getting out of Berlin or similar, then it should be right". Et voilà:

    This very special property is located slightly above a beautiful, damp natural lowland (foothills of the Rhinluchs). The view - unobstructed to the west - is into the evening sun, possibly with a terrace of the house to the south and/or west. Pure atmosphere and tranquillity on the edge of the village.

    Developer-free. Free of building encumbrances, free of contaminated sites. Building plot ideal according to professional information.
    No time restrictions on building and in an environment that was grown in until approx. 2005 with pretty, one to two-storey houses and well-kept properties.

    Herzberg (Mark) with its 674 inhabitants is part of the Lindow district in the eastern part of the Ostprignitz-Ruppin administrative district in Brandenburg.     There is a renowned kindergarten, but no elementary school. Most locals use Lindow or the picturesque district town of Neuruppin for many things.

    - Herzberg (Mark) - regional train - in town approx. 950 meters and
    - Wustrau-Radensleben approx. 7,200 meters,

    so that commuting is also environmentally friendly. In addition to agriculture, the area is characterized above all by medium-sized businesses and craft enterprises; 27-hole golf course in Wall a good 8 km away.

    Cranes, birds of prey, herons, storks, deer ...? You're more likely to find them here than youth gangs, graffiti and the disadvantages of a city with an increasingly overstretched infrastructure. Send children outside the front door with street chalk? ... or into the beautiful nature and extensive forests and fields? Possible here.
