This beautiful, modernly furnished apartment is located in an apartment building. It is a former bunker. The apartment is therefore very quiet. It can be rented for a period of 6 to 12 months by a single person and could afterwards be extended.
The price of the flat is 1090 Euro per month. Gas, water, electricity and internet / cable flatrate are already included in the price.

Die Endreinigung beträgt 200 Euro.

Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß nur 4 Minuten entfernt von der S-Bahn-Station Landwehr und liegt damit sehr zentral - 2 Stationen entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß diverse Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sowie Cafés und Restaurants. Es ist eine angenehme Wohngegend. Hinter dem Haus fährt die S-Bahn, die Wohnung ist dennoch sehr ruhig durch Isolierverglasung und die dicken Wände. Die Station Landwehr ist direkt um die Ecke. Auch Bushaltestellen und U-Bahnstationen befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

The apartment is only 4 minutes walking distance from the S-Bahn station Landwehr and therefore very central - 2 stations away from the main station. Within a few minutes walking distance you can reach various stores for daily needs as well as cafés and restaurants. It is a pleasant residential area. Behind the house the S-Bahn runs, but the apartment is still very quiet due to double glazing and the thick walls. The Landwehr station is just around the corner. Also bus stops and subway stations are in the vicinity.
