The Roxel train station is approx. 1.2 kilometers away, a supermarket approx. 800 meters. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Münster city center, and the A 1 and A 43 freeways are also within easy reach.
The rent is calculated for 1 person and already includes the operating and heating costs, the electricity costs are to be paid additionally. The rent is increased for use by 2 persons. A cleaning service for the apartment can be arranged on request.

Roxel is a residential area in the West district of Münster. There are green areas in the surrounding area, and the regional train with a stop in Roxel connects Münster (main station) and Coesfeld. The A 43 and A 1 freeways are just a few minutes' drive away. Münster's old town can be reached by car in around 15 minutes and by bike in around 25 minutes. The Aasee lake can be reached by bike in 20 minutes.
