Originally built in 1826, the small plank house with a stable building attached to the side originally served as the home and workplace of a wheelwright. The wheelwright was almost exclusively responsible for manufacturing the complicated wheels for carts and wagons. Later, a workshop was built as a massive extension.
Very simple outdated condition, a basic renovation is required.
