The semi-detached house is located in Rhen, the southernmost district of the large municipality of Henstedt-Ulzburg. The development of the Rhen district consists mainly of terraced, semi-detached and detached houses. In the area around the "center" of the district at the Wilstedter/ Norderstedter Straße intersection, there are doctors, a pharmacy, a bank, a supermarket and two bakeries.
