In unserer liebevollen 4er-WG warten vier gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer auf neue Mitbewohner*innen. Alle Zimmer sind möbliert – Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Lampe, Vorhänge – du musst nur noch deine Koffer mitbringen und kannst direkt loswohnen.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat ca. 76 m2, verteilt auf fünf Zimmer, ein modernes Bad, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und natürlich einen Ort für gemeinsame WG-Momente. In unserer orientalisch eingerichteten Chill-Area hast du nicht nur Platz zum Sitzen, sondern auch einen Full-HD-Beamer für Kinoabende, Serienmarathons oder entspannte Abende. :)

Hier ziehst du in ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Zuhause. Alle Zimmer sind voll möbliert und hochwertig ausgestattet: gemütliches Bett, großer Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Organisationsboard, Vorhänge, geräumiger Kleiderschrank und sogar eine echte Zimmerpflanze. Die Bilder an den Wänden sind selbstgemacht und geben jedem Raum einen ganz besonderen Charakter.
Die Einbauküche ist komplett ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt’s Dusche und Badewanne, die Waschmaschine steht im Keller – trocknen kannst du dort natürlich auch. Highlight ist das orientalisch eingerichtete Wohnzimmer mit Beamer, Chill-Area und großem Esstisch. Stauraum, Garderobe und Kellerabteil sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Every room comes fully furnished with high-quality pieces: a cozy bed, spacious desk with chair, organization board, curtains, a large wardrobe, and even a real plant. The artwork on the walls is handmade and adds real character.
The built-in kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, and there’s a washing machine and drying space in the basement. The highlight is the beautifully oriental-style living room with a projector, chill area, and large dining table. Plenty of storage, a wardrobe area, and a private cellar space are included.

Hier wohnst du zentral und doch angenehm ruhig. Die Straßenbahn ist wortwörtlich vor der Tür (1 Minute zu Fuß) – fünf Haltestellen, und du bist direkt im Zentrum.
Direkt gegenüber wartet morgens der Bäcker mit frischen Semmeln, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich ums Eck, und wenn dir nach Natur ist, bist du in wenigen Minuten im Grünen. Parks, Radwege, und die Wertach – alles schnell erreichbar. Und für laue Sommerabende: Biergärten gibt’s in der Umgebung mehr als genug.

You’ll live in a quiet but central location. The tram stop is literally in front of the house (1 minute walk) – just five stops to the city center.
A bakery is directly across the street (perfect for fresh rolls in the morning), supermarkets are close by, and you’re just a few minutes away from green spaces, bike paths, and the Wertach river. In summer, there are many beer gardens nearby to enjoy the evenings.
