The fully equipped business apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Pattensen near the Hannover Messe. The studio apartment is located on the top floor of a two-family house and has a modern daylight shower room. The living/sleeping area has parquet flooring and a small kitchenette with sink, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and a capsule coffee machine as well as a dining area with seating for 4 people (the rental price includes utilities for 1 person, please note additional information). The apartment also has a small office. Furthermore, a high-speed internet connection offers optimal home office conditions. The comfortable queen-size box-spring bed (140cm x 200cm) in hotel bed quality ensures excellent sleeping comfort and the 43-inch Samsung FHD Smart TV for the corresponding evening TV entertainment. The apartment also has a small lounge area with a sofa bed and side table. In the closet and chest of drawers in the entrance hall you will find enough space for your wardrobe. We also offer a laundry service (washing and drying) three times a week. There are plenty of free public parking spaces for your car in front of the house.

Hanover city center and the Hanover trade fair can be reached by car in 15 minutes or by bus in approx. 30 minutes without changing trains.
