The original house was built in 1900 in clay construction and extended over the years with hollow bricks to include a stable and barn.

In 1986, we took over the former farmstead and completely demolished and rebuilt it except for the foundation walls, which had to remain standing as it was located outside the development plan.

In total, the building complex has a width of approx. 4 m at the front and approx. 5 m at the rear over a length of approx. 30 m.

The house does not have a cellar, which is an advantage as the area is part of the Agger riverbed and water cannot run into the cellar in the event of flooding, as is unfortunately the case for many people here in the village.

On the first floor there is an eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom with toilet, bathtub and shower tray, large hallway, laundry room, boiler room, room with oil tanks, cellar room, 2 rooms.
