Property Description

The property consists of two houses built together with a total area of approx. 657 m² in the old town of Weißenburg. There are two rented business units on the first floor. Both units have their own cellars, some of which have been converted. A breakthrough between the two cellars is possible.

There are a total of 5 apartments on the first, second and third floors. These are two 4-room apartments (approx. 115 m² and 110 m²), two 3-room apartments (approx. 90 m² and 100 m²) (3 large apartments vacant or becoming vacant) and a 2-room apartment in the attic. Location description

The residential and commercial building is located in the historic old town of Weißenburg. Various stores for daily needs (bakers, butchers, chemists, pharmacies, etc.) are within walking distance. The market square is also less than a 2-minute walk away, the school center is approx. 5 minutes away and the train station is approx. 10 minutes away. Restaurants, museums and cinemas are also nearby. The very good city center location will be further enhanced in the future by the city of Weissenburg's development project on the adjacent Sigwart site (brewery building) and the planned conversion work on the Plerrer.
