The terraced house is available for interim letting from now until the end of November 2024. The house includes a large garden area with terrace and, if desired, a private garage. In the south of Bremen, to the left of the Weser, lies Obervieland with the districts of Arsten, Habenhausen, Kattenturm and Kattenesch. The district has been repeatedly expanded with new housing developments and commercial areas. Smaller residential streets with single-family and row houses, but also blocks of houses and high-rise buildings, interrupted by green areas, can be found. In the shopping center Werder-Karree and adjacent stores you can find everything for daily use, up to furniture and cars. An important connection to the city center is the Karl-Carstens-Brücke (strawberry bridge) over the Weser and the Werdersee. The hospital Links der Weser has a large outpatient care center. There is a very good connection to the A1 by car. Also by streetcar (line 4 & 5) and bus (line 22) Obervieland is very easy to reach.
