6 underground parking spaces for sale:
I have 6 underground parking spaces that I have no use for. I would therefore now like to sell them. I would ask interested parties to contact me via the portal.
The purchase contract must be concluded with a notary. I have a notary in Krefeld for this purpose.
The underground parking garage is part of a community of owners. There are therefore several owners in the underground garage. I am only selling my 6 parking spaces for €2485 each.
Individual purchase is possible. No land transfer tax is payable on the purchase of a parking space.
The parking spaces are all unrented and the house fee is €30 per parking space.
