The large swing window with a wonderful view of the neighborhood gardens can be easily darkened with an eclectic blind. The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen with fridge, 2 cooking zones, microwave including oven function, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a basic set of crockery. The well-kept bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. In the basement you have your own washing machine and a separate cellar room with space for your bicycle, for example. The rent is € 1050 including utilities and the use of internet access. Electricity costs of € 40 per month are included as an advance payment and are billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the landlord and is charged at €35 per hour.

Niederkassel is extremely popular with all customers who would like to live on the left bank of the Rhine. Niederkassel has also preserved its old village center.
