Here, at the "Gateway to the Ore Mountains", on the outskirts of the Vogtland town of Rodewisch on the Wernesbach, in the valley of the Göltzsch, you will find our quiet gastronomic property, a small country hotel with charm.
The Rodewisch/Auerbach town association is hosting the Saxon State Garden Show in 2029.
The gastronomic part of the property consists of a pleasant hotel with 10 comfortably furnished rooms of approx. 15 sqm each and an adjoining restaurant with breakfast room and a bright, approx. 75 sqm winter garden with fireplace.
The basement has been converted into a wellness area of approx. 90 sqm with sauna, shower, WC, sun bed and a bar.
The property also has an apartment of approx. 68 m² (incl. fitted kitchen) with a separate entrance. This can be rented additionally and is not included in the rent. It is ideally suited for the operator of the restaurant.
If you do not wish to live in the house yourself, it can also be rented out as a vacation apartment for guests.
A paved parking lot directly in front of the entrance provides ample parking for hotel guests.
Heating is provided by an oil-fired central heating system.
A separate rental agreement is concluded for the operator's apartment, whereby the net cold rent is set at EUR 350.00 and an advance payment of EUR 250.00 is calculated for operating costs.

Right on the B 169 at the end of Rodewisch in the direction of Wernesgrün with its industrial architecture "Wernesgrüner Brauerei". A variety of events with well-known artists can be visited there every year.
The castle peninsula also hosts events worth experiencing.
The same applies to the observatory, which offers interesting daily astronomical experiences ("like: The shooting star stream of the Perseids in August 2024") as well as astronomy-related cultural events such as concerts (like: "The Dark Side Of The Moon") and plays (like: "Plani and Wuschel save the stars").
The Plohn amusement park with its stores and events is only 7 kilometers away.
The town center of Rodewisch with its diverse shopping opportunities, the town of Auerbach im Vogtland, the town of Lengenfeld and the town of Reichenbach im Vogtland are all within easy reach.
Rodewisch train station with its transport connections is just a few minutes away, as is the bus station.
