In unserer netten 4er-WG wird ab dem 01.06.2025 ein Zimmer frei und wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin / einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Aktuell sind folgende Zimmer verfügbar:
- Zimmer 1 mit einer Größe von 23,44 m²
- Zimmer 2 mit einer Größe von 29,43 m²
- Zimmer 3 mit einer Größe von 22,24 m²
- Zimmer 4 mit einer Größe von 23,00 m²
Alle Zimmer sind lichtdurchflutet, mit hochwertigen Bodenbelag ausgestattet und frisch weiß gestrichen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche sowie einem Balkon um gemeinsam Abends zusammen zu sitzen.
Die Küche sowie die Waschmaschine kann von allen WG Mitglieder genutzt werden.
Eine Möblierung des einzelnen WG Zimmers kann auf Wunsch und gegen Aufpreis erfolgen.
🔹 Die WG:
Du würdest mit 3 anderen zusammenwohnen: für uns ist ein gutes Miteinander wichtig. Vielleicht können wir zusammen in der Gemeinschaft Spieleabende oder Kochabende organisieren.

Die Zimmer kosten kalt 419,00 € kalt zzgl. Nebenkosten 60,00 € (inkl. Strom und Internetnutzung)
Gesamtmiete monatlich 479,00 €
Kaution: sind 2,5 Kaltmieten der monatlichen Miete

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Wir pflegen kein Rauchen in der Wohnung.

A room will become available in our lovely 4-person shared flat starting June 1st, 2025, and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join us!
The following rooms are currently available:
Room 1: 23.44 m²
Room 2: 29.43 m²
Room 3: 22.24 m²
Room 4: 23.00 m²
All rooms are bright with plenty of natural light, have high-quality flooring, and are freshly painted white.
The flat includes a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony where we can hang out together in the evenings.
The kitchen and washing machine can be used by all flatmates.
Furnishing of the individual room can be arranged upon request and at an additional cost.
🔹 The Flatshare: You’ll be living with 3 others. A good atmosphere and respectful co-living are important to us. We’d love to organize game or cooking nights together from time to time!

Monthly rent: €419 (excluding utilities)
Utilities: €60 (including electricity and internet)

Security deposit: 2.5 times the base rent
