For health reasons, the guesthouse built in 1777 is being sold. It is located in the beautiful climatic health resort of Jonsdorf, in the middle of the Zittau Mountains. One of the most popular hiking resorts in the border triangle. There are already some bookings for 2024. Peak times such as Easter, Whitsun, Men's Day, New Year's Eve and numerous weekends are already fully booked. The guesthouse has built up a very large customer base over the last 11 years, which is constantly growing.
The attention to detail can be seen in the modern rooms. The rooms were completely renovated in 2019. They were given a new coat of paint and the furniture was renewed. The guesthouse has a total of 9 rooms and a total of 25 beds.

In the front outdoor area there is a canopy, also with 12 seats. This is directly opposite the breakfast room, so it would also be possible to have breakfast outside.
An eye-catcher for guests is the 7-meter-long wall behind the house, which has been painted with sights from the Zittau Mountains. It can be admired from the parking lot and the terrace.
The double rooms are equipped with double beds. The double rooms have one double bed and one single bed. An additional extra bed for four people is possible. In each room there is a private bathroom with shower and partly with window. In the apartment and in the family room, there are two equipped kitchenettes. In the other rooms there is a refrigerator and a kettle.
The inviting breakfast room was refurnished in 2017 and new flooring was laid. Two small finches cheer up guests in the morning.
In early 2023, the breakfast room got a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen, where breakfast is prepared daily, was also freshly painted in 2023. Here, too, you can see the attention to detail.
The kitchen is in good condition. The stove was replaced in 2021.
The kitchen has two separate rooms, with one serving as storage and preparation room.
The towels and bed sheets are washed in the own laundry room itself so far. The bedspreads are washed by a laundry. The laundry room has enough space. Cleaning utensils, ironing board, linen cupboards, washing machine, dryer, shower and WC find their place there.
Through the hallway you can then get to the beverage storage, the workshop, the boiler room and the large double garage, as well as the basement.
On the second floor there are five rooms, on the second floor there are four rooms and access to the attic. The attic is currently used as a storage place for bedspreads and decorations. It would be possible to expand it.
The pension is suitable for all those who want to fulfill a small dream, like to entertain guests, have a love of detail and want to build or continue a permanent foothold in the beautiful Jonsdorf.

The pension is well visible and yet somewhat set back, on the main road of Jonsdorf. Opposite is a large meadow, which may not be built on. The view into the greenery and directly into the forest make every morning a perfect start to the day. Guests rave about the peace and quiet and the good location of the pension.
