All businesses to meet your daily needs, plus a wide variety of restaurants and cafes, are in the direct vicinity. This apartment is the perfect solution if you need to be absolutely central during your stay in Düsseldorf. This is a non-smoking property.
The rent already includes all service charges and internet access. If required, an underground parking space only a few steps away can be provided – price upon request. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested. A basic range of cooking utensils and tableware, plus bedding and towels, is provided. A smart TV with internet access is installed. The kitchen area is equipped with a double hob, a fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. If the offerings here are too exclusive for you, you'll find what you're looking for on neighboring Schadowstraße. It is considered the shopping street with the highest turnover in Europe, with a particularly dense cluster of department stores. The top cultural venues are also located in the city center: the Schauspielhaus theater and the Deutsche Oper am Rhein opera house.
