This attractive residential complex is located in Berga, not far from the market square. Hot water and heating are provided by a central heating system (heating oil). The location is extremely good. The center as well as all important things of the daily need are within a few minutes walking distance. There is also a wonderful view over the Elster Valley. The apartments are in a quiet location at the end of a side street.
The sunny 2-room apartment is equipped with a living room with access to the balcony, a spacious bedroom, kitchen with window and an interior bathroom with bathtub. A monthly usage fee of €45.00 is charged for the fitted kitchen in addition to the stated rental price. The kitchen usage contract is concluded via our subsidiary Bauwert Service GmbH. It is also possible to rent an outside parking space on request (€ 20.00 per month).
