Property search for Claude Code and Codex

TraumImmo exposes a public MCP endpoint. Claude Code and Codex search the same stock as the website and can load a single listing in full. Access is read-only and needs no account.

What the assistant can do

The same filters as the site: place, price, rooms, living space, balcony, garden, fitted kitchen. The assistant turns your wording into a search, then can fetch one listing in detail.

Add the endpoint

A single terminal command is enough. After that TraumImmo sits in the assistant as a tool. You do not need to log in on traumimmo.de.

Describe the search

Place, rent or purchase price, rooms, minimum size. Add balcony or garden if you care about them.

Fetch one listing in full

Pull the full public record for one listing: price, size, location, amenities. The tools never send a contact request.

Setup command

Copy the command for your assistant and run it in a terminal. TraumImmo should then appear in the tool list.

The assistant can combine filters and fetch details. Everyday wording is fine.

Show every public field for the cheapest match that has a garden.

Which listings come back

Active, publicly visible listings. Detected duplicates are dropped. One search returns at most 20 listings, or 10 when the caller does not ask for a number.

Read-only

The tools search and read. They cannot change data, store a search profile, or message an agent.

The same stock is on the website: enter a city or postcode, filter, save.
