We rent out our rooms as private landlords with a great deal of dedication. It is particularly important to us that everyone in our house feels comfortable, appreciates one another, and that the house community remains completely relaxed, clean and peaceful.
1st floor – Currently undergoing extensive renovation (ready for occupancy from 01.10.2026):
The entire floor is currently undergoing its final redesign and renovation so that everything will be fresh and modern by 01.10.

Compact room (approx. 8.5 sq m): €429.– all-inclusive warm rent (fully furnished – ideal for moving in immediately).
Spacious rooms (approx. 12 sq m): €439.– all-inclusive warm rent (unfurnished for your own furniture, optionally available furnished for +€50.–/month).
Generous communal areas & amenities: First-class shared facilities are available for common use:
Fully equipped branded fitted kitchen
Two bathrooms with daylight (one completely new bathroom for relaxed routines without morning queues)
Generous hallway and storage areas
Laundry room in the basement: Use of a professional washing machine & dryer can optionally be added (€15.– per month)

Our rental prices are genuine all-inclusive rents for maximum planning security. Everything is already fully included: heating, water, all operating costs and household electricity – with no subsequent additional payments!
(The shared flat organizes its internet independently.)
