About this dream apartment

I am looking for a new tenant from 31.12.2025 who will take over the apartment. Here you will find a centrally located, spacious apartment with 85sqm. The apartment is on the 5th floor, but the elevator should mean this is not a restriction. On the contrary, you can enjoy the wonderful city panorama of Castrop-Rauxel from the top floor. The apartment has a bathroom + guest WC. The rooms are well laid out and each room is generously sized. Due to the many windows, the apartment is very bright.
