Our beautiful apartment, recently renovated in 2024, is available for short-term rental from October.
You should be willing to rent it for at least 8 weeks. Well suited for professionals, commuters, short holidays, or as transitional accommodation.
Extension possible by arrangement. For longer rentals from the 4th month onward, the net rent is offered at EUR 780. It can be rented for up to 12 months or longer, provided availability permits.
High-quality and modern furnishings. Cable television is available; Wi-Fi is not.
The furnishings should be treated with care. It is furnished very comfortably. Cosy Basetti blankets, bed linen, towels.
Minimum rental period: 30 days.
Regarding the ancillary costs:
Caretaker included, winter service, weekly stairwell cleaning, waste charges.
The ancillary-cost advance payment is capped for one person in the household. No additional payment is due after the rental period.
The deposit covers rent default, damage, or the final settlement.
The deposit will be refunded upon handover on the day of move-out.
Final cleaning:
