Who would like to live in a shared housing project?
I am selling my beautiful, light-filled apartment in the housing project “Wilde Rosen” in Wulfsdorf/ Ahrensburg near Hamburg.
The apartment:
The 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via its own external staircase.
The living area is open-plan. There are also two separate rooms, a coat nook in the hallway, a full bathroom and a storage room.
Directly in front of the house there is a shed that offers space for three bicycles and more.
There are wooden windows on three sides (corner apartment).
In the open living/dining room the windows extend to the floor, and through an interior window the evening sun shines a little into the kitchen.
The cozy balcony offers enough privacy for comfortable sitting.

The housing project:
Our project has existed since 2007.
That year our planning with Conplan began and as early as 2010 we were able to move in.
We are a neighborhood and communal project, which is why I am looking for successors who are enthusiastic about exactly that.
You are not only acquiring an apartment, but also your share in the large plot with lots of communal property.
The grounds offer many green spaces, play areas, sports fields, etc.
We have a beautiful, large common room with kitchen and bathroom, which can also be rented for private events, as well as a guest apartment.

Wulfsdorf is located between Hamburg Volksdorf and Ahrensburg, right in the countryside. From here, various beautiful walking paths through nature begin. Bredenbeker Teich, with a swimming area, as well as Gut Wulfsdorf with a farm shop, ice cream stand and café, are within walking distance next door.
You could also walk to the U1 Buchenkamp line (6 minutes by bike), or take the bus (directly outside the door) to the regional train, or to U1 Ahrensburg West.
The market in Volksdorf, or in Ahrensburg, is each about 3 kilometers away and can be reached by bike in 10-15 minutes.
It only takes 5 minutes by bike through the forest to Aldi Buchenkamp. But the nearest place is the great farm shop with a wood-fired bakery.
For lunch or to buy cake during the day, you can even do that here on the premises at Robben Café.
Living here always feels a bit like being on vacation..
