The plot is located near the town centre of Hohenwart as well as the school and kindergarten/nursery. The plot has an area of 534 square metres. The exact location of the plot can be obtained from the municipal administration. A site plan is attached.
On 21.09.2026, the bids will be opened and the plot awarded at the non-public municipal council meeting. Offers must be submitted to the town hall by 12:00 noon on Monday, 21.09.2026 at the latest. Please submit the offer in a sealed envelope marked “Offer for the allocation of a building plot Kerschberg II” to the Hohenwart market, Marktplatz 2, 86558 Hohenwart.
The auction will be conducted according to the highest-bid principle. The highest bidder will be awarded the contract, provided that the bid reaches the minimum price of 288,360 euros. The plot is sold as inspected and without any warranty whatsoever.
Should the highest bidder fail to sign the purchase agreement within 30 days of the auction, the municipality reserves the right to award the plot to the second-highest bidder. After the sale of the plot, construction must commence within 5 years and completion must take place no later than 8 years after the date of sale.
The municipality reserves the right to cancel or amend the tender without stating reasons.
