In addition to your apartment, there is a large communal room on the ground floor for parties and coffee breaks. There is a carer's office at the entrance. You can download the exposé with a detailed description of the property as a pdf.
Behind your terrace is a small garden area for you personally, which is bordered by a beech hedge. You can plant something in a raised bed, but you don't have to; the hedge and lawn will be mowed for you. This way, you still have a small, intimate outdoor space to yourself.

Fittings and features, as described

All living spaces are fitted with parquet flooring and wide interior doors. Large windows with electric shutters ensure bright rooms with a beautiful view outside. Controlled ventilation in each apartment ensures fresh air and, together with the underfloor heating, low heating costs. The entire complex is being built as a KfW Efficiency House 70 (in accordance with EnEV 2009). The bathrooms have spacious floor-level showers and offer space for a washing machine and dryer.
All apartments will be built with senior citizens in mind, thus enabling barrier-free living without thresholds.

In unserer betreuten Wohnanlage im Sheridan-Park wird die „AWONIA Gesellschaft für Wohnen und Pflege im Alter mbH“, die Betreuung der Bewohner übernehmen. Die AWO ist eine anerkannte gemeinnützige Gesellschaft und betreibt als Tochtergesellschaft der Arbeiterwohlfahrt in Augsburg-Pfersee in der Kirchbergstraße das Seniorenzentrum „Christian-Dierig-Haus“. Dadurch können die vorhandenen Ressourcen für alle Bewohner optimal genutzt werden. In unserem Bauvorhaben betreibt die AWO zudem ein zentral gelegenes Betreuungsbüro, das zu festen Zeiten besetzt ist. Ein qualifizierter fester Ansprechpartner mit sozialpflegerischer Ausbildung steht Ihnen hier gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Im Rahmen der Grundleistungen und der monatlich zu bezahlenden Betreuungspauschale unterstützt Sie der Betreuer z. B. durch 24-Stunden Notrufbereitschaft Kontaktperson mit festen Sprechzeiten im Haus. Hilfe bei Behördenangelegenheiten Vermittlung und Organisation von Hilfen (z. B. Fußpflege, Krankengymnastik, Friseur, Wäsche, Wohnungsreinigung, Einkäufe, Medikamente usw.)
Wohnungsschlüsselverwahrdienst Organisation von Hilfen im Krankheitsfall und bei der Entlassung aus dem Krankenhaus Die monatliche Betreuungspauschale für einen 1-Personen-Haushalt beträgt 112 €. Diese Pauschale beinhaltet die Rufbereitschaft und den Hausnotruf inklusiv der Gerätemiete.
Die Betreuung übernimmt die Vermittlung, Koordination und Abstimmung folgender Wahlleistungen der AWO:
Häusliche Kranken- und Altenpflege Medikamentenverabreichung Hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung Sicherung eines Tagespflegeplatzes im Christian-Dierig-Haus Die AWO sichert allen Eigentümern und Mietern unserer betreuten Wohnanlage eine bevorzugte Aufnahme in die stationäre Pflege im Seniorenheim des „Christian-Dierig-Hauses“ in Augsburg-Pfersee in der Kirchbergstraße zu.
