About this apartment

Studio with 20m²–23m² on the ground floor through to the 4th floor with:
- Queen-size bed (140cm), Smart TV, desk, spacious wardrobe and other clever storage solutions
- Bathroom with rain shower
- Fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, microwave, 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment

Use of all community areas included:
- Café / bar with courtyard terrace, co-working area, fitness studio, cozy cinema, library,
rooftop terrace, a large kitchen for cooking together with other community members
- Laundry room with washing machines and dryers for a fee
- Residence registration possible; we will issue the landlord confirmation for the residents’ registration office
and you will receive your own mailbox

Costs / conditions:
- Book through Mietz and pay only one month’s rent as a deposit
- Stay period 1 to 6 months
- One-time administration fee of EUR 199
