About this apartment
Solidly built 12-family building with four floors. Raised ground floor, 1st and 2nd upper floors, converted attic with a communal attic above. There are 3 apartments on each floor. Access to the stairwell and courtyard is via a spacious entrance hall. The courtyard has a drying area and a bicycle rack.
The building was constructed in 1894 and rebuilt in 1954 after being partially destroyed in World War II. In 2018, the building underwent extensive energy-efficiency modernization. This included switching from individual gas heating to a central district heating system. The roof was retiled and insulated, and the windows were replaced with double-casement, triple-glazed insulated timber-frame windows.
