A cozy, bright and tastefully furnished room will be available in our lovely 4-person shared apartment in Dossenheim am Petrus from October 1.
The approximately 22 sqm room is offered furnished with bright, white and modern furniture, making it easy to move straight in and feel at home.
Three rooms are currently rented to women. We are therefore also looking for a female roommate for the available room who is looking for a harmonious living arrangement in a women-only shared apartment.
The apartment has a large shared kitchen with a modern fitted kitchen and a cozy dining area for four. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet.
A special highlight of the apartment is the large, lovely balcony, which can be shared by all the roommates and offers additional space to relax.
Rental terms
Rent including utilities: €670 per month
Fixed rent: No utility bill reconciliation will be provided.
Electricity is already included in the rent.
A covered parking space can be rented optionally for €40 per month.
