The villa is idyllically located on the outskirts of Bad Steben, 5 minutes’ walk from the thermal baths, with plenty of garden surrounding it and enough space to the next villa. Among locals, Hemplastrasse is known as Bad Steben’s avenue of castles, as most of the houses are villas or hotels. The street is restricted to local residents, so there is little traffic and you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden even more.
