We are looking for a new tenant from 01/04/26 for our 3-room kitchen-bathroom apartment
There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen. No hallway. and the bathroom.
The standard of amenities in the residential building is predominantly basic; the general condition of the inspected interior and exterior areas is satisfactory.
The base rent is 400 euros. Deposit 1,000 euros! Monthly heating cost advance payment 200 euros! The previous tenant received 400–600 € back at the end of the year because they heated economically! Additional costs including water, wastewater, waste disposal, etc. amount to a flat rate of 100 euros. This covers all costs. TOTAL RENT INCLUDING UTILITIES 700 euros FIXED!!! Only your own electricity consumption is added. This is billed separately by the utility provider. I will not undertake any work in the apartment. If anything breaks, please cover all costs and repairs yourself. In this apartment, you can do whatever you want.
