At the start of construction work in 2023, the quarter received its future name: as the Falckenberg Ensemble, the site makes a direct reference to the street named after the former director of the Kammerspiele, which already created a connection between the valley and Maximilianstrasse in the Middle Ages. After the parking garage was demolished, the opportunity arose to restore this spatial relationship by extending Falckenbergstrasse as a passage between the two building structures.
