In the city, in the middle of the countryside in the village, that's how you could describe life in Blockland. Although it is an official district of Bremen, it is a sparsely populated part of the city, with just over 400 inhabitants. The Blockland dike stretches for about 15 kilometers, always following the course of the Wümme. Here and there you will find a farm along the dike, often offering farm products.
