I regularly rent out rooms in shared apartments in 66424 Homburg – including in the city center as well as in the districts of Beeden, Kirrberg and Schwarzenbach.
Unlike many private landlords, I offer several shared houses. This means I can often offer you different rooms in various sizes, fittings and price ranges. If a room has already been taken, I often have a suitable alternative at short notice.
Most rooms are located in well-kept single-family or multi-family houses and offer much more than just a room. Depending on the house, you have access to spacious communal areas such as eat-in kitchens, dining rooms, lounges, terraces, balconies, garden areas as well as laundry and drying rooms.
Most rooms are priced – depending on size and fittings – between €300 and €450 net cold rent. In addition, there is usually an advance payment for ancillary costs of €100 per month. A security deposit is required for each rental agreement.
The rooms are particularly suitable for students of Saarland University, employees of Homburg University Hospital, students of Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences (Zweibrücken campus), trainees and working professionals.
