We purchased our holiday home in 2010 and extensively renovated it in 2020!
The entire furnishings of the house, including the kitchen, furniture in all rooms, floor coverings and the complete bathroom, were renewed!

As already mentioned, our holiday home is located near the sandy beach, which can be reached quickly on foot!
Also within walking distance are a bakery, a pizzeria, a climbing park and a mini-golf course.
You can reach the Grömitz promenade by bicycle via the causeway in approximately 10-15 minutes.
By car, it is about 5 minutes to Grömitz. In addition to the beautiful promenade, you will find plenty of shopping opportunities here (including supermarkets), restaurants, cafés and, if necessary, doctors and a pharmacy.
