The 70 freshly renovated apartments with living areas of approx. 25-61 m² meet new-build standards and impress with upscale fittings as well as a modern and timeless design. Each apartment also has its own balcony.

The buildings, including the roof and basement, were completely insulated and meet KfW Efficiency House 85 standard. The heating systems are powered by district heating and hot water is provided by a new instantaneous water heater.

The apartments are state of the art, as the living rooms and kitchen are already prepared with their own fiber-optic connection and have a sufficient number of power outlets - ideal conditions for your home office.

The modern daylight bathrooms in particular, the generously sized kitchen-living areas, the new floor-to-ceiling windows, the spacious balconies and the shared laundry rooms create an urban yet relaxing living experience.

The newly created, attractive outdoor areas contribute to the high quality of stay. In order to make a positive contribution to climate protection, we will also be renting out several electric parking spaces including 11 kW charging points. The apartment is within walking distance of the historic city center. It is only about a three-minute walk to the historic old town market.
This immediate proximity to Braunschweig city center, with the corresponding facilities for daily needs, is what makes this residential quarter particularly attractive. Shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, doctors, childcare and much more are within walking distance and also theBraunschweig Clinic is only approx. 650 m away.
For outdoor activities or simply to relax in the fresh air, the nearby Bürgerpark and the green spaces along the Oker are particularly suitable.
Thanks to the excellently developed transport network, you can travel quickly through large parts of the city as well as the Braunschweig area by public transport and by car.
